Return and Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.develop2serve.ch. It supplements our general Terms and Conditions and describes how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Right of Withdrawal – Customers in the European Union

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you have named, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires, by sending a clear written statement (e.g. by email to info@develop2serve.ch) stating your order number and intent to return the item(s).
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the price paid for the goods, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you chose a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that faster or upgraded shipping.

2. Voluntary Return Policy – Customers in Switzerland and Outside the EU

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, we voluntarily grant all customers located in Switzerland or outside the European Union the same 14-day return window described above, under the conditions set out in this policy.

3. How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@develop2serve.ch within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions.
Send the item back to the return address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you bear the risk of loss or damage during return transport.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration may be refused or eligible only for a partial refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Items Excluded from Return

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal and our voluntary return policy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law:

Custom-made, personalized, or individually configured products
Products manufactured to the customer's own specifications
Products that have been altered or modified after delivery at the customer's request

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods to us. Return shipping is not free unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product page or promotion.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund includes the purchase price of the returned item(s) and, for EU withdrawal-right returns, the standard original delivery cost. The following are not refunded, unless mandatory law requires otherwise:

Return shipping costs
Customs duties or import fees
Payment processing fees charged by third parties

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@develop2serve.ch within 5 days of receipt, including photos where possible. This is handled separately from the return policy above and does not affect your statutory warranty rights, which remain governed by our general Terms and Conditions (Section 10, Warranty and Liability).

10. Right to Refuse Non-Conforming Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
